1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and with original tags

❌ No return on:

  • Customized / stitched items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Accessories (if applicable)

2. Return Process

  1. Email us with order ID and images of the product
  2. Our team will verify the request
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

4. Exchange

Exchange is allowed only for size issues (subject to stock availability).

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If product is damaged or wrong item sent, we bear the shipping cost
